The journal publishes research manuscripts related to all areas of education which would be of interest to an international readership. The aim of the journal is to publish high quality empirical research papers, theoretical framework, educational practices, and review papers in the field of education from researchers, scholars and practitioners all over the world.

Peer Review Process
The selection of manuscripts is based upon the importance of the topic addressed, relevance to the readership, ability to make a unique contribution to the literature in educational research and development, level of methodological rigor, implications for research and practice, and clarity of presentation. Although all manuscripts (both unsolicited and solicited) undergo masked peer review and the comments of reviewers are considered in reaching an Accept or a Reject decision, the determination made by the Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editor(s) is final. ER&D Journal does have procedures for officially appealing a publication decision; authors should contact the Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editor(s) for more information.
Open Access Policy
This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
