Author Guidelines

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically on our website. Please note that ER&D Journal uses a blind review process; therefore, writers MUST exclude authors’ names, institutions, and clues to the authors’ identities that exist within the manuscript.

  1. Significance/relevance to education and/or development
  2. Connections to relevant literature and/or conceptual framework
  3. Methods
    • Appropriateness to research questions
    • Adequate description of methods (including data collection and analysis)
    • Rigor of methods
  4. Findings/conclusions are literature or data-based
  5. Overall contribution to the field
  6. Writing style/composition/clarity

Typing. The acceptable format for electronic submission is MSWord. All text, including title, headings, references, quotations, figure captions, and tables, must be typed, double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, with one-inch margins on all sides.
